General Guidelines:

  • Eligibility Window: Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Please note that underwear, socks, or final sale products are NOT eligible for return or exchange.
  • Item Condition: To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unworn,unwashed, undamaged, and in their original packaging. We will NOT accept returns if the items are missing their original packing bags.
  • Handling Fee : Customers are responsible for the return postage costs unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part. For customers in selected countries (Australia, Canada, Singapore, the US, and the UK), returns can be made to a local warehouse. Customers from other countries may incur international shipping fees.

For the US, Canada, Australia and the UK Customers:

  • Using Loop for Returns: We offer a simplified return process through the Loop return portal for customers in the US, Canada, Australia and the UK.
  • Visit the Loop return portal at https://textale.loopreturns.com/#/.
  • Handling Fee (Postage): The handling fee only consists of the postage, which will vary depending on your drop-off location for either a refund or an exchange, and is dynamically quoted by our shipping partner. We do not charge any additional fees except for postage. This fee may be waived for returns involving damaged or incorrect items.
  • Store Credit Bonus: If you opt for store credit instead of a refund, you will receive an additional 15% value. For example, a $100 refund would translate to $115 in store credit.
  • Refund Processing Time: If you use our return shipping label, the refund will be processed within 2 business days of the item’s arrival.
  • Please not if you use your own label, please email us your tracking number at support@textale.tech to expedite your refund. In this case, the refund may take up to 30 days.

For Customers Outside the US, Canada, Australia and the UK:

  • Contact Customer Service: If you are located outside of the regions supported by Loop, please contact our customer service team for a tailored return or exchange solution.

Damaged or Wrong Items:

  • Reporting Process: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible with photographic evidence of the issue.

Refund Time-Frame:

  • Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 5 business days. For lost packages, processing may take up to 15 business days.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment. PayPal account refunds and credit card refunds are generally processed within 7 business days.
