- Item Condition: To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags still attached.
For US, Canada, and UK Customers:
- Using Loop for Returns: We offer a simplified return process through the Loop return portal for customers in the US, Canada, and the UK.
- Handling/Restocking Fee: A handling fee is required for each return, whether for a refund or an exchange. This fee may be waived for returns involving damaged or incorrect items.
- Store Credit Bonus: If you opt for store credit instead of a refund, you will receive an additional 20% value. For example, a $100 refund would translate to $120 in store credit.
Loop Return Process:
- Visit the Loop return portal at https://textale.loopreturns.com/#/.
- Enter your Order Number, which can be found in your order receipt or email confirmation.
- Provide the email address registered with your order.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the return process.
- For damaged or incorrect items, please provide photographs as evidence. Failure to provide accurate photos may lead to the rejection/cancellation of the request.
For Customers Outside US, Canada, and the UK:
- Contact Customer Service: If you are located outside of the regions supported by Loop, please contact our customer service team for a tailored return or exchange solution.
Damaged or Wrong Items:
- Reporting Process: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible with photographic evidence of the issue.
Refund Time-Frame:
- Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 5 business days. For lost packages, processing may take up to 15 business days.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment. PayPal account refunds and credit card refunds are generally processed within 7 business days.
